Annual Inspection Part I

So, I got my tools to A&B and started working on N53187 for the Annual. And, amazingly enough, all my tools fit into my tool boxes. I will have to post a photo. I think I even have an empty drawer, though I am sure I could rearrange things to use it. The sad thing is, I can't take the rollaway bottom box to school, so I will still have to figure out how to fit things into just the top box. Oh Well!

Using the check list from the Maintenance Manual, I have been going over the plane and doing stuff. Like changing oil, compression check, packing wheel bearings and all that stuff. Also, inspecting all the stuff. Ted (the IA) has gone over the inspection as well, since he has to sign it off. It is such a nice little plane, no real problems at all. Nice to take care of little things, though, like stop drilling a little crack in the wheel fairing. Tres exciting. I am actually Tres Tired. So I am going to bed. Back to the inspection tomorrow.
